+6A Traditional Venue for the Modern Event Built in 1935, the original purpose of the Community House was to provide a venue for clubs, civic groups and the citizens of Morganton to meet and socialize. Today, the Community House still meets that mission while providing a state-of-the-art venue that also hosts weddings, corporate meetings, and other large-scale events. The Community House staff take pride in providing exceptional service and high-quality cuisine at an affordable cost.

We had such a perfect day! The venue itself is beautiful and doesn’t require much decoration- just enough to make it your own. They were accommodating to our every need and request- during the planning and day of. Very easy to work with. The food was delicious! Plus, the adorable porch with twinkle lights made for some amazing pictures.
The staff was amazing my husband and I did all the decorating and taking down decorations ourselves but the staff jumped in and helped in every way possible. If I wanted to change anything during the service all I had to do is ask and they made it happen. They were so wonderful to work with and the site was beautiful. They treated us like we were their most important client and the bartender and chef they have there also made planning the event and during the event amazing. I would highly this place and their service. The service made the event even more spectacular
