We specialize in American style buttercream paired with delicate and rich but not-too-sweet cake layers - a combination sure to wow your guests. In addition to serving our clients, we aim to support our community. Reignbow Baking Co. offers birthday cakes and small treats to families who find themselves in the care of Children’s Hospital at Erlanger or whom take residence at The Room in the Inn on their birthday.

Sierra was great to work with! She did our wedding cake and groom’s We had gluten free little cake for us and cupcakes for the guests! The groom’s cake was her Alabama Cake (Roll Tide)! It was all beautiful and simply and just what we wanted! 10/10 would recommend for any occasion!
Sierra made the cake for my wedding back in February 2020 and it was delicious! We did a combination of white cake, cookie butter cake, and vanilla buttercream and cookie butter buttercream. We ended up with a lot of cake leftover (had a lot more rsvps than attendees) and we did not mind having that much delicious cake leftover to eat ourselves! I agonized over finding a baker for our cake, because what I wanted was fairly simple but very specific. Sierra had a portfolio of beautiful cakes so we reached out to her. She took all of my ideas (and neurotic concerns about clean lines) and ran with it. As we were talking it was like she was seeing into my brain and responding with a design that was exactly what I wanted before I even knew exactly what that was! She was wonderful to work with. Our cake was gorgeous! She got the saturated deep blue I was so picky about just perfect. Clean lines, professional looking cake, marbled icing artistry...it was everything I wanted and more. And it was delicious! 5 stars!
I cannot recommend Reignbow baking enough. Sierra was so easy to work with and the cake was not only delicious, but beautiful. At the cake tasting, we tried Chattanooga Whiskey, German Chocolate, Lemon Poppy, and Cranberry Orange. Each flavor was so decadent it was hard to pick. We ended up going with Cranberry Orange and everyone loved it! We’re still receiving compliments on how good the cake was. Some guests even went back for seconds and thirds! The wedding venue where we got married had an extremely steep road to get to the venue. Sierra carefully made her way there and assembled the cake on site. She executed the design we discussed perfectly and even integrated flowers provided by the florist. Her prices are reasonable and well worth the cost. Use her any chance you get!
Absolutely delicious! I was in awe when I saw my beautiful cake on my wedding day and it tasted as good as it looked! We got Mexican Chocolate and our guests clearly enjoyed it as well because it was there one second and next thing I know it was all gone! Could not recommend more!
