AI review summary

Reviews consistently report serious reliability and communication issues, including miscalculated food quantities that left guests unfed, late arrivals, and difficulty reaching the vendor. Multiple clients mention unprofessional behavior, cold or store-bought food instead of promised homemade items, and unresolved refund disputes. One positive review from an apparent staff member praises the crew and management.
