On the top floor, there are two private and beautiful suites, perfect for getting ready. Each one includes champagne, a full bathroom, and French doors that lead to a terrace with scenic mountain views and a six-person hot tub. In the castle's lounge, discover a pool table and a large, fully equipped TV, able to showcase a nostalgic and touching slideshow of you and your partner. Their lounge also features unlimited lighting options and antique furniture that can be brought outside if desired. In addition to private use of the castle and 11-acre grounds, you have access to the 1,000-square-foot carriage barn, where you and your guests can lodge. The dungeon-style bunk room comes with an electric fireplace, a TV, a DVD player, DVDs for all ages, and four full-size and four twin beds for guests’ comfort. You can also take delight in the venue’s fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, original artwork, and sculptures and fountains. There is a secret room under the stairs, decorated with a shag bean bag lounger for a cute photo opportunity and private time. The castle and grounds were designed a photo set, so you can rest assured your photos will look nothing short of stunning. Capture a shot in their oversized heart-shaped Adirondack chair, surrounded by two fire pits and tiki torches, or in front of the 50-foot Sweetheart Pond with a waterfall and goldfish. Surrounded by lush greenery and decorated in medieval accents, the castle will transport you from the busyness of everyday life. Castle of Joy will provide everything you need for not only a dream-come-true wedding but also a comfortable stay. In each of the venue's all-inclusive packages, you and up to 12 guests receive an overnight stay. Enhance your occasion with their centerpieces using antique glass bottles with live greenery and foliage from the forest, along with the chandelier dripped in live English ivy. They’ll use whatever is in season for the arrangements, and floating candles will be in vases and glass goblets on each table. For more decorations, the property offers unique props, romantic lanterns, and electric candles on the castle terrace turrets and pavilion turrets. The venue takes care of setup and cleanup and will ensure someone is present to greet you and your vendors. For your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, or elopement, Castle of Joy has liability insurance, handles lighting and sound, provides a list of vendor suggestions, and offers event rentals such as altars, arches, furniture, decor, chairs, and handcrafted wood tables.
