Casey, our officiant, was accommodating and easy to work with leading up to our wedding. She was flexible with our requests and open to making changes to the ceremony script. However, during the actual ceremony, she did not follow through on the script changes we had discussed, which was disappointing. Additionally, her performance at the rehearsal felt unrehearsed, which caused some concern. Despite these issues, Casey's warm presence and willingness to accommodate our needs were appreciated.
