Wedding vendors in Green Bay, WI
Green Bay weddings come in two flavors. In town: restored brick buildings in the Broadway District, halls along the Fox River, the botanical garden on the west side, and the supper clubs and country clubs of De Pere. An hour north, Door County turns the peninsula into a wedding destination: orchards, lakeside barns, lighthouses and the harbor villages of Fish Creek, Ephraim and Sister Bay. Our Green Bay data is small, so the ranges below borrow from Milwaukee, the nearest metro with enough priced vendors. Two calendars matter more than the weather: the Packers schedule, which sells out every room for sixty miles on home weekends, and the Oshkosh air show in late July. Here's what a Green Bay wedding costs, where couples are marrying, and when to book, with vetted local vendors matched to your date.

When to book in Green Bay
June through mid-October is the Green Bay season, with Door County at its best from July and its color peaking in early to mid-October. Book Door County barns and Fox River venues 12 months or more ahead for those dates. The Packers schedule comes out in May: home weekends from September into January sell out hotels across the region, and training camp in late July brings crowds too. The Oshkosh air show packs the Fox Valley for a week in late July. Winter is long and the bay freezes, but Downtown ballrooms and supper clubs make it easy, and winter dates give you the run of the calendar.
