Wedding vendors

Wedding vendors in Naples, FL

Naples is the polished end of Florida's Gulf Coast, and its weddings match: Gulf-front resorts and beach ceremonies along the Paradise Coast, the Old Naples streets around Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South with their banyan-shaded courtyards, golf and country clubs in a county known for more golf holes per capita than almost anywhere in the country, and the mangrove islands and boat-access beaches of Marco Island and the Ten Thousand Islands to the south. It is a premium market. Venue fees, photography and planning all run well above the state's mid-size cities, and the vendor pool is small enough that the best teams book early. This page covers what a Naples wedding actually costs, where couples marry from Bonita Springs down to Marco, and when to book, plus vetted, available Naples vendors matched to your date and budget.

Where couples get married in Naples

Old Naples & the beach

Gulf-front resorts, the pier beach and the courtyards and gardens around Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South, the metro's signature and priciest setting.

North Naples & Vanderbilt Beach

Beachfront hotels and larger resort ballrooms with Pelican Bay's quiet stretch of sand, ten to twenty minutes north of downtown.

Marco Island & the Ten Thousand Islands

Resort beaches, boat-access ceremonies and mangrove backdrops on the edge of the Everglades, a destination within the destination.

Bonita Springs, Estero & the golf clubs

Country clubs and golf-community venues inland, and beaches from Bonita up toward Fort Myers, with more availability during season.

When to book in Naples

Naples has a hard season: January through April, when the winter residents are here, the weather is dry and every good Saturday goes 12 months or more ahead, often 18 for a Gulf-front resort. Spring training in nearby Fort Myers adds to the March crunch. From June through September the town is quiet, hot and humid with afternoon storms, and June through November is hurricane season, which Ian brought home to this coast in 2022; the tradeoff is real availability and the best rates of the year. Late October through early December is the compromise many couples land on.

Common questions

Naples is a premium market across the board. Venue fees have the highest floor of any Florida metro in our data, photography and video price well above the state's mid-size cities, and planners charge accordingly, since most Naples weddings are full-service, resort-based and planned from out of town. Music sits at the high end too, while hair and makeup stays affordable. The Gulf-front venue is the biggest decision; a golf club or Old Naples courtyard changes the math meaningfully. The ranges above come from real vendor pricing in our Naples data, and Our Day negotiates exclusive rates on your behalf.
