Founder Michaela Bussey grew up surrounded by the magic of weddings, watching her parents bring unforgettable celebrations to life. That early spark lit a fire in her and in 2015, she planned her very first wedding (spoiler: it was a total hit). Over the years, Michaela built a career in corporate planning, but something was always missing. Doing two or three weddings a year for friends or colleagues just wasn’t enough. In 2023, with a little nudge from her amazing support system, she made it official and Olive+Oak was born. She hasn’t looked back since.
