Cliff & Jessica did an incredible job with our wedding film. From the start, they really listened to what was important to us, especially our request to have the film set to a worship song. They captured the emotion of the day so well, and watching it back genuinely takes us right back to how it felt. The music choice, the voiceovers of the speeches & our vows, and the overall flow of the film were spot on. The drone footage was amazing, and the ceremony edit (using three camera angles!) is something we know we’ll treasure for years to come. It’s so special to have that moment captured so fully. We’re beyond thankful for their work.

We had the absolute best experience with Cliff and Jess as our videographers! From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely excited about bringing our vision to life. Cliff & Jessica are two of the most amazing vendors you will work with. They are extremely talented and were in all the right places at the right time capturing so much content that I had forgot even happened during our wedding day. They have such a special way of telling your story that it felt like we were reliving our wedding day in a 6 minute video. In addition to their talent, they are both great people and kept their vibes high all day. They never took over direction from my photographer or pulled me in a direction I didn't want to go. Cliff & Jessica were extremely easy to work with and were very reasonable with any additions we were looking to make. I am so thankful that we found Retrosound Films & strongly recommend hiring them as your videographers. (ps. we loved them so much we hired them for my sisters wedding too!!!)

When I began wedding planning, there were services that really mattered to me and then there were services that didn’t matter so much to me. Having a good videographer and wedding video really mattered to me. I wanted a wedding video that would be cinematic and timeless. I immediately fell in love with Cliff and Jessica’s editing style. Their work is flawless. My wedding was in June and it’s currently January. I still cry happy tears whenever I watch the footage! It’s simply perfect. It takes me right back to the happiest day of my life. They even caught details that I never saw on the wedding day! Cliff and Jessica are so kind, patient, and organized. They are the BEST! I could not have asked for a better team!

Cliff and Jessica came highly recommended from two of my friends and we could not be happier we chose them as our videographers for our wedding!! We had the pleasure of working with Cliff & Jessica from Retro Sound Films at one of our most recent couples’ weddings. They brought so much energy and joy to the day and were super easy to work with. Communication throughout the entire day was incredible and working alongside with them was a breeze – which is a pretty big deal when working with multiple wedding vendors at the same time. And on top of that, both have such sweet personalities. There are not enough stars to review Retrosound Films. We first saw Cliff and Jessica's work through a mutual friend. We loved their vibe and knew immediately that we needed them to film our wedding. They went above and beyond our expectations, and we could not think of anyone better to have captured our special day. We recognize how difficult it is to capture hours of wedding film into a short video to recap an entire day. They were able to showcase this perfectly, while ensuring everyone was able to feel and relive the various emotions of the day. Not only are Cliff and Jessica amazingly talented, they are amazing people. Once we met them, we immediately felt comfortable and knew they were real and genuine. Being a covid wedding couple, they were extremely supportive and accommodating with the various date changes and everything else that fell in the realm of craziness that was the past 2 years. Working with Jessica and Cliff was a dream – they are an incredible team (and an absolutely wonderful couple!!) and we were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to connect with them. It was certainly magical the way that our paths crossed and every step of the way THEY made our engagement journey a bit less stressful. When they traveled out to Oregon for the wedding, they generously joined us the day prior as well to capture some candid moments on film and – because they are so gifted and because they are truly amazing humans – they managed to make everything more enjoyable amid a myriad of logistical challenges and unanticipated stressors. I'd do the wedding over if I could just to involve Jessica and Cliff more closely in the process and in the celebration. We would highly recommend this team to anyone, anytime.

My husband's #1 must-have for our wedding was a videographer and turned out they were the vendors we were most excited about during our whole wedding planning process. Clifton & Jessica were so responsive, came to our walk-through (our venue was in Greensboro, NC), brought so much positive energy we loved working with them. They went ABOVE & BEYOND in my opinion. My biggest takeaway was hearing after the wedding my guests were raving about them too. It is so important when you hire vendors that they not only work great with the couple, but with your guests and that's exactly what we saw. Our wedding video was amazing and will be watch over and over again for years to come!
