The River View

The River View at Occoquan is nestled within the 300-acre Occoquan Regional Park. This state-of-the-art facility features a striking modern interior with window walls that afford every guest a view of the Occoquan River and the peaceful, natural scenery. Our venue features two outdoor spaces and can comfortably host a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception with dancing. Our capacities for the Main Hall are: • Seated capacity, lecture style: 400 • Seated capacity, without dance floor: 350 • Seated capacity, with dance floor: 300 • Standing capacity without tables: 700 • Standing capacity with cocktail tables: 650 Your rental includes a hospitality suite and historic cottage to get ready in, event tables and chairs, and setup and breakdown of the tables and chairs.
