+6We are mobile caterers in Raleigh-Durham, NC that brings the fun to you or your office. We offer wood-fired pizza cooked on our Mugnaini Valoriani® oven, fresh salads, seasonal appetizers and a variety of other top-notch entrees out of our custom International Harvester, turned mobile pizza truck. To top it off, we have 4 beer taps on the truck! Carolina Crust was founded by father and son, John and Mike Cline. We wanted to build a mobile pizzeria in Raleigh-Durham together that lives at the intersection of fun and work that they could do together and be surrounded by happy people. After many days of deliberation (and beers)…….. Bam! Carolina Crust was born.

John and his crew are incredibly kind individuals. We ended up not being able to use them for our June wedding due to unforeseen circumstances but throughout the entire process they were incredibly helpful, kind, and amazing. You need to book them for your wedding near or far they will make all of your wedding dreams come true!
We absolutely loved having Carolina Crust as our rehearsal dinner for our September wedding! Not only is the pizza dynamite, John and his family are the nicest people you will work with. They made the experience so easy, fun, and memorable. We cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you guys!
We hired Carolina Crust Pizza to cater our welcome dinner for our wedding weekend. They were an absolute pleasure to work with - super responsive, accommodating, and friendly. THE PIZZA. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had. We had an Italian at our wedding, and he even sang their praises! Their truck is super cool and fit our venue and vibe perfectly. They even accommodated my mom who has Celiac (gluten allergy). They went above and beyond in every capacity to ensure the evening went perfectly. I would absolutely hire them again and again! I can't wait for them to have a brick and mortar store!!
Wonderful food and wonderful people! Our guests loved the non traditional take on a wedding dinner, the truck is beautiful (fitting right in with our wedding landscape), and everything from booking to cleanup was low maintenance and well organized! They accommodated dietary restrictions and even through in a free meatball app last minute! I highly recommend giving them a call! I mean, who doesn't love pizza??
